Had such a fantastic time spent here - would rate more than 5 stars if I could!! We booked last minute and expected something quite poor quality for the cheap price, but what we got was lovely + completely spotless. The site itself is rather small but they do have a play area with a brand new trampoline/small zipline/swings/slide for kids. The cottages had everything we needed and we were very impressed with how kind and helpful Darryl and the other owners were. They even offer you some options of DVDs to borrow for free should you wish. Very nice, would stay here again :)

Newly built cottages with good standard and perfectly clean. Good beds (one double and two singles in a separate room). Small kitchen and a living room area with sofa, small dinner table and a large TV (for rainy days). Perfect for a family of four. Close to the road, but still quiet. A bit outside the town centre, and perfect for exploring the Kaikoura area. Parking right outside the cottages. Very nice and friendly staff/owners. We had booked a year ahead by mistake, but they managed to find a room for us and settled everything with the booking agency.

Spotlessly clean, nice location just out of town,everything you need, lovely hosts. Would stay again.
