We stayed here in the powered site for 1 night. It is definitely one of our favourite campsites we’ve stayed at. The whole place felt very clean, there was plenty of toilets and showers which had a strong pressure and hot water. We arrived when it was raining and went straight into the hot tub which was a nice addition. The TV in the lounge was great and we managed to get some live sport! Location wise it is very close to everything you need - we booked on to the whale watching the next day and it took us less than 5 minutes to drive there. Overall, this was a great campsite and I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
This is the first time we have stayed here and it was fantastic! We both agreed that this was one of the cleanest, most pleasant places either of us have stayed at and we are both very well travelled. A lot of the facilities are shared, and where other similar establishments become worn and dirty, this place is spotless and incredible. The staff were all pleasant and easy to deal with. It's positioned right in the middle of beach road which meant we were accessible to everything we needed with the exception of 2 locations that were still easy to drive to. I could not recommend this place enough and am confident you will enjoy your stay. Oh, and the spas are phenomenal!!
Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The location is great as most shops are 5-10 minutes walk from the motel.nnPossibly consider all beds having access to electric blankets during the winter months with a little bit extra charged on the rate for the rooms or give the customer the option.
Beautiful sunset views over the mountain here, a small pool with jacuzzi and cabins to stay the night. The kitchen was bring your own, which we didn't know so we couldn't cook. The toilets a pretty far from the cabins so I had to walk quite a way in the dark night. This place is also located a bit out of town, but there's a pizza place close by.
We are in the middle of a two night stay here on our journey back from Wanaka to Wellington. This place is the perfect spot for families looking for affordable and comfortable accommodation. The family cabin is well setup with bunk beds and a double bed and was very clean. The facilities for kids are fantastic as well with a pool and hot tubs to keep them entertained for a good part of the day. The staff are super friendly and helpful. A++
