Went to just jeans this afternoon. Two lovely girls helped me for over 45 minutes - Julia and Deena? They were so helpful - nothing was a problem. Bought 7 pieces!! If you need a pair of jeans and more I highly recommend!
I have been into Just Jeans Robina quite a few times and every time I've been, the male assistant with a top knot has been amazing. Every time he's helped me find the exact jeans I'm looking for and the best fit for me. Always recommend!
Rude staff and absolutely no customer service. Arrived at 3.35pm and the doors were already half closed. So I checked the front door which said closing at 4pm before I entered. The second I entered the staff member was like hope you know we are closing at 3.55pm. I am like sure. She hung to me like a hawk and rushed me into the change room. If she had been observant she would have noticed I was wearing Just Jeans already and clearly looking to actually buy. If I hadn’t of actually needed the item I bought I would have left due to the way I was treated. Hurried out as quickly as I had arrived. No customer service or even a smile. Will not be back and will return to Pac Fair where all the team there are lovely and extremely helpful.
Went there a couple of weeks ago to get the tags removed from my purchase. Had to wait for the two workers one old one youngto finish having a teatime chat before being served, being ignored the whole time. Terrible service. Tried to send in feedback to head office about it, and was also ignored. Would not recommend this store or brand.
Dropped in to look for a new pair of jeans. Justin was so knowledgeable and helpful that I purchased two pairs!
