A good place, but Anita especially at the Launnie salon is seriously great. Super knowledgeable and informative, obviously cares a lot about what she does and always goes above and beyond. For many years I have been to Just Cuts for my regular hair cuts and have been usually very happy with the sevice. Even today, the service was good. However, what distressed me was the unnecessary 'noise' in the saloon while I was there, like in a Pub on a friday night's 'Happy Hour'. Maybe you can do something about it. I didn't feel comfortable at all. 12/10/2022 It was NOT children - it was the earpiercing laughter of one of the stylists. I realise that you can't do anything about that, but I thought it to be important to let you know.Service: Hairstyling

Actually they do disgusting services. They told me I need waiting 1h to get service. but after me other AU person came in and then saying need waiting 30mins. Haha Is can be happened in Launceston? We don’t discriminate, and your review is ridiculous. ----------------- My next answer Hey Your staffs told me I need a waiting 1h. but after of me old lady need a waiting for 30mins?? is it understandable situation, you think? At least, she need a waiting more 1h than me. because she was late to get in than me. what is ridiculous? That kind of service mind make local business level goes down.
I took my 2 children in for a haircut, and had to fix both boys hair the best I could with what was done when I returned home.. will not be returning.Service: Kids' cuts
My partner is very frustrated rightfully so that their cut came out atrociously, it was disturbingly uneven, the hairdresser changed the look they wanted even though they were provided 6 images as reference because they were 'too masculine' my partner is trans and then when the time came for my partner to actually have a look at their hair they were sent on their way before they could, when we got home I had to fix the cut myself, I've been going to justcuts for years but I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the service today especially after I recommended you guys to my partner in the first place.Service: Hairstyling
After coming here on recommendation i was not very impressed, hairdresser didn't listen to what I asked for, i asked for the sides of my hair to be shaved and for the top of my hair where the length was to be thinned out but to keep the length it was, some of the techniques i think they used was lazy and rushed as they just wanted it to be over and done with it and the store wasnt even busy i paid $40 for my hair to turn out nothing like I wanted and left very disappointed and upset.
