This was my first visit to Bliss Hair, having lived in Launceston for 30 years. Lovely ambience and caring technicians with a great range of hair care. However, I was quiet upset with the colour and cut I received. After telling the technician that I would like a slightly lighter colour (1-2 shades) and a wispy long bob with layers. The cut I received was very uneven on both sides and was completely blunt at the ends, and I walked out with a reddish tinge to my hair even though I insisted upon ashy colours. I have been getting my hair cut in my preferred style for over 15 years and was devastated with the end result.

This was my first visit to this salon on the recommendation of a friend. The salon felt very comfy but stylish. You get an "excellent" head massage for about 15 mins while you hair is washed! Jamie did my hair cut & I was very impressed with his skills, I have frizzy & dry hair & he knew exactly how to cut & style "my" hair. He was very friendly. I definitely will be returning! Thanks Jamie (& Bliss)
