Malaysian food, levelled up!nDon't be fooled by the outside of this restaurant, inside is the golden jewel of Malaysian restaurants.nFood was amazing and delicious. I tried the Crispy Skinned Chicken with Rice and Wah Tan Hor at Junior Tan Hawker Kitchen. While the food was decent, it didn’t particularly stand out — I’d say it was just okay. One thing that stood out was the portion size of the crispy chicken, which felt quite small. A slightly larger serving would have made the dish more satisfying.nnAnother thing I noticed was how quickly the staff cleared my plate. Immediately after I finished my meal, it was taken away, which made the dining experience feel a bit rushed. It would be nice if they gave customers a little more time to enjoy their meal at a relaxed pace.
Absolutely delicious food ! Authentic yet cooked with a modern twist with incredibly fresh ingredients. The space is quite small so booking is essential! There is more space in the back of the restaurant but I think the front has a nicer atmosphere. Fabulous list of cocktails.
One of the best Malaysian hawker food around Melbourne. Lots of choices to choose from. All the dishes we had, they're all delicious.
We have been coming here for a few years. The food and service is consistently good quality. Authentic malaysian cuisine, with a couple of Aussie options on the menu. Something for all tastes. The Ramley burger is a favourite, open it up and it's full of goodies. Recommended for lunch or dinner.
