James is absolutely amazing. A very talented jeweller who did his utmost to work with our budget for setting a gemstone my granddaughter had found. He even made it a priority to have it ready for her 16th birthday. The ring is gorgeous and we are so grateful for his kindness.

James is very helpful and has a good eye for detail. We've bought things and had items made. If he makes something for you, he's very clear that it had to be right for you and he won't let it go unless he's 100% happy with it.

Recently was reccomend to visit to get my engagement ring resized. James kept it simple. Great turn around service. My ring came back so shiny and fit perfectly. Price for resizing was very reasonable at $48. Very impressed will be back again

James resize my engagement ring so quick and got it done exactly before my birthday! He resize my ring at $48 with an extra cost at around $160 for a claw to my diamond. Didn’t realize that my ring was missing one! He is very detail and done a great job. Definitely recommend to everyone

Service was amazing and very reasonable fees. My wife's engagement and wedding rings resized and cleaned. They looked brand new and my wife couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Thanks again James.

I can not speak highly enough of the gentleman that just served me here. I had this cheap little necklace that my little sister had given to me which broke recently and needed a small repair. He fixed it in 30 seconds and said free of charge!  I went to another jeweller beforehand further up Brighton Rd and she basically laughed me out of the store and told me to do it myself unless I wanted to be charged her minimum fee of $80. So glad I left and found this place.  The man who works here has such great customer skills I simply have never seen ever. Will only be coming here from now on! Wish I remembered your name, but props to you. Thank you.
