So impressed by John M. Roberts five star service! Was looked after by Irene and Craig who couldn't have been more helpful. Craig went above and beyond to create the ceylon sapphire trilogy ring I was hoping for. Absolutely love it! We would recommend this jeweller and look forward to using them again in the future.

Would definitely recommend John M Roberts. John made my eternity ring 49 years ago. I had numerous pieces of jewellery from late relatives that were very special to me. I didn’t know what to do with all the pieces so I took them to John M Roberts where I met John’s Son Craig. Craig was very easy to talk to and came up with a brilliant suggestion of making one beautiful ring out of the pieces I had. BEAUTIFUL was an understatement, the ring I came home with is stunning. Now I have relatives wedding, engagement and eternity rings made into something that I will treasure forever. Thankyou so much Craig

We requested the making of an Eternity Ring to fit with the Engagement ring and wedding ring. We were given the best suggestions and advice on how to achieve this. The new Ring is just magnificent. Absolutely the best service we have had in a long time. Would highly recommend.

Can't recommend John M Roberts Jewellers more highly. Service and design by Craig second to none. The diamond. ring he made and designed for my wife's Christmas present is absolutely beautiful and their pricing is more than competitive. Would not go anywhere else now.
