A massive thank you! Pure Envy Jewellery, you have hand-crafted a very unique engagement ring using my grandmother’s wedding band. I now have an amazing ring which holds special significance and a ring my grandmother would be proud of. I can’t stop looking at this masterpiece! The customer service was exceptional and the quality is evident....after visiting other stores yours was a stand out. Yo u have two very happy customers. After going to multiple jewellers and not feeling like we had found the right one, we thought we would give Pure Envy a go. We were not disappointed. From the minute we walked in, Andrew provided us with outstanding customer service listening to everything that we wanted in a ring. He spent time showing us different design options, diamond sizes and even listened to us argue (over the size of the diamond of course). He then spent time drawing us different options until we were sold on what we wanted (this was not a quick decision). We are now happily engaged and the ring couldn't be more perfect. The work Andrew put into the ring is second to non. We cannot recommend Pure Envy highly enough and we will be back.

Thank you so much to Scott and the team for an amazing experience. You (and Ger) all helped to design and make my dream engagement ring. I loved learning about diamonds and then choosing the one I wanted to have in my ring. I was so surprised and excited when you said that you would be able to have it made in a matter of days so that I had it for Christmas to show off to family and friends. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, when we came in to pick it up Christmas Eve, you (Scott) told me you had bought some tools from a man years ago when you were an apprentice. You were thinking my surname seemed familiar and we put two and two together and that man happened to be my late Great Uncle. The best thing is that you used those tools to make my ring. It makes it all the more special and I still get goosebumps. Thank you so much for my beautiful engagement ring. I can't wait to design and have you make my wedding band.

We hadn't chosen where we wanted to have my engagement ring designed and made, but it became very evident after only a short while inside Pure Envy chatting and laughing with Andrew that we had found the place! Andrew was amazing, we talked, he listened, we talked more and without even flinching he began to casually sketch a masterpiece, my masterpiece. We were sold! Scott and Andrew together made this part of our special journey so enjoyable and special and for this we will forever be grateful. We look forward to spending more time at Pure Envy planning out our Wedding Bands and perhaps a couple of other special items.
