Neami is a foundation that has national facilities aimed at assisting people in need, who may have been displayed from their life for a time or have been struggling longer. Neami Joondalup is one of many of their facilities and is a licensed private psychiatric hospital.

Mental health issues are a prime focus on what they assist with, providing help towards coping with and furthering your recovery. Residents are evaluated and if accepted, can stay for a maximum of 28 days with no fee beyond a small deposit.

The staff are kind, compassionate and helpful towards people of all kinds and there is a friendly environment that promotes recovery. Each person's needs can be accommodated to as best as they are able to offer. 

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility if you are one of those who fit the criteria and are in need. It is however, a popular facility and 28 days is absolute maximum stay period if your interview and application process is accepted. Compliance is naturally expected to assist in helping staff provide the best help they can offer for your own personal recovery.
