I attended a service today. All I want to say is.. All staff here make you feel very welcome regardless of where you are from. They go out of their way to make you feel so comfortable. Before, During and after the service. The Cedar room is very spacious for having refreshments post service. Food and coffee are always fresh.The Chapel is very modern and plenty of seating. The bathrooms are very clean.Highly recommended to say farewell to love ones. I give them 1000 stars for their effort. Special mention to Lionel and Chris.

Amazing. Caring. Professional. Tracey and Rob made such a difficult and traumatic time for our family so much easier. Nothing was too much trouble and they communicated with us through the whole process. Advised us on things we knew nothing about and catered for our every want and need. They really take care of everything. The service to send off to say goodbye to our loved one was perfect. I can't recommend John Hosscak Funeral Homes highly enough.
After going through such a stressful loss, it was fantastic to have such professional and caring staff look after me and my family. The new management has certainly redeemed John Hossack and I can not recommend them enough. The funeral was beautiful. Thank you
My mother was buried with her FEET at the HEADSTONE! So unsettling, so upsetting and our family still can't grieve properly . What an EPIC stuff up!
We were very happy with how everything was handled, They were very professional, caring. Everyone that I spoke to comments on what a lovely service you provided,We would like to make a special mention in regards to Barry who did a wonderful eulogy.
This company is one of the most incompetent companies I have dealt with in any industry. Even when mistakes in my mother's name in the funeral notice was brought to their attention and they indicated that it would be rectified they failed to do so. This was just one of 10 mistakes they made in the information and services they provided. At such a stressful time families should not be exposed to such poor service.
I can't believe this company is still in service especially in the one of most stressful time in someones life, a death of a loved one and we were greeted with mistake after mistake previous to the service and during the service.
Very professional, such a personal service, couldn't recommend more
