Opened in 1963, and in 2005 moved into its current modern funeral home. That is 53 years of 100% family owned business.

Story

Our premises have reverse cycle air conditioning, on- site parking and a beautifully appointed chapel, complete with in-house sound system, large plasma TV for photo presentations and discreet ceiling camera to record the service. Rankins also offer a quality catering service.

I officiated many funerals iir this family run funeral home. I believe it is the best Funeral Homd of the area.
October 12th 2021 with mums passing Dayle & her Team Great customer Service, Professional, Compassionate, Good Communication if needed to call for anything from the day of organising mums funeral, to the viewing , to the day of the funeral. The Mother & daughter Team made our mum look beautiful.
I am so heart broken knowing after my grandfather's death he was dragged in a body bag and down the stairs with all of the family watching. We asked to treat him with respect and that's what you did. Shame on you, I will never deal with Rankin's funeral home and will never recommend your service. In future think about the life lost and the family grieving think about it being your family member and show some bloody compassion.
Staff were professional, experienced, respectful and compassionate. We were very happy with all aspects of the funeral and the advice given
Very professional funeral service and respectful approach. Good AV and order of service brochure. Issue with the cemetary was not ideal but was handled well and with respect.
My "thank you"seems so small compared to all you"ve done for my family on the day THANK YOU SO MUCH
Very upsetting at the way you treated my dad with no dignity & respect. His not a dog.
