I didn't expect this restaurant to be so busy; it was packed on a Tuesday evening. Despite not having a reservation, the friendly staff managed to seat us. We tried calling ahead but couldn't get through. We walked in at 6:30 pm, and the staff asked if we could finish by 7, which we agreed to. We quickly placed our orders and only received our green curry at 7, so we had to rush through it and ended up taking the leftovers home. We highly recommend the pineapple fried rice, Tom Yum soup, and prawn cakes – all delicious.
Great Thai food - would highly recommend the Fried Fish with Tamarind Sauce, the Soft Shell Crab, the Red Duck Curry, and the Crispy Pork Belly. Also the Jinda cocktail is fantastic
One of the most flavourful meals we have had since being in Melbourne. Real authentic flavours and spice. Loved it and the atmosphere and will be back soon!
Oysters: 9/10nRed Curry Roasted Duck $24.90: 8/10nPad Prik Gang Crispy Pork $25.90: 7/10nPad Kee Mao $22.90: 6/10nThai Milk Tea Cake: 8/10nnLoved the dressing they used for the oysters. The best oyster combination I've tried so far. There wasn’t any overpowering fishy flavour to the oyster as the dressing complicated it so well. The roasted duck curry was the perfect amount of sweetness, though the serving size was small & it wasn’t too spicy. The serving size for the savoury dishes are quite small so be wary. The Thai milk tea sauce they used for crepe was incredible, if it has a bit more sauce it would have been perfect.
Probably THE best Thai place in town. Extremely authentic and has a great Thai taste. No matter what you get here, you won’t be disappointed. Only con is, is that it gets booked out easily. Very deliciouuuuus!!
