I had my eyelashes lifted and tinted with Kacie and I loved it! My lashes look amazing and Kacie was so lovely - she talked me through everything she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. The salon was clean and quiet, and I will definitely come back soon!

I had a bad experience with jools a few years ago but they have made a turn around and all the staff here now are lovely. Ella did my hair and she took a lot of time and effort into achieving the results I wanted, I was very happy and will be returning in the future. Thanks Ella for my beautiful blonde hair!

Had a hybrid set of lashes done by Gemma, she was fantastic, I gave her a vague description of what I was after, and she gave me a gorgeous set, I said cat eye with a little wide eyed baby doll, how do you figure that out?! And she absolutely nailed it! Felt super comfortable, relaxed and welcome, going for my refill today, absolutely recommend!  **update** Gemma is also excellent with waxing! Went for a spray tan for an event I had on, it was the worst experience I have ever had having a spray tan done. I was done by a trainee with no supervision, it was patchy and uneven. I had to have someone else come in and fix my tan, wiping parts off with paper towel and re spraying parts that were completely missed. I was disappointed that I paid $40 for a professional spray tan when I could’ve done it better myself, having to fix parts of it myself when I got home. I proceeded to call the salon to kindly let them know I was disappointed, in which management has still not gotten back to me after my name and number was passed on. I won’t be returning and would not recommend for spray tanning. I can’t imagine how I would’ve felt if it were my deb or wedding I was having this tan done for.Service:&nbsp;Tanning

Seemed to have gone down hill around 2 years ago with lots of the really good staff leaving around the same time. Since then my hair was never the same, always hair dye all over my ears, neck, face. I had to on multiple occasions go straight home and rewash and scrub the dye off my head. Unfortunately won’t be back anymore.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

These reviews just don't do Jools for Jim justice! I had Kim for my full set of volume lashes last week and the quality of the lashes and the obvious experience from Kim made for the most beautiful lashes. The amount of compliments I have received is astonishing. I've never had my lashes done before so I'm so thankful my first time was with Jools for Jim.
