headspace Bendigo provides free services to support, information and assistance for young people aged 12 to 25 years who are going through a tough time.

At headspace Bendigo we have a number of different staff who can help you, including Doctors, Nurses, Psychologists, Youth workers, Social workers, Drug and alcohol workers, school and work advisors and Counsellors.

headspace encourages community members to share information about events, support groups or other mental health organisations but request information is only posted once to maintain a flow of discussion and ensure that no one event is given undue prominence. Multiple posts promoting a service, group or product will be removed.
In certain circumstances, if a post raises concerns about your safety, we may try to contact you to check that you and/or others are safe. If there are significant concerns, we may need to pass on your contact information to authorities who can help protect you and/or others, such as a crisis service or the police. Our preferred way to do this would be to support you to seek help.
We are obliged to try to protect you and/or others if the information you submit tells us that:
• you are being seriously hurt by someone else
• you are thinking of seriously harming yourself
• someone else is being, is likely to be, seriously hurt by you or another person.
