Extremely unhygienic, poor waxing technique and rude/awkward customer service. I walked in the door and was greeted by a girl I knew through other people, she rudely asked for my name when it was clear she knew who I was. The wax that was used on my Brazilian was not the correct wax, it didn't set properly - therapist did not wait until it was set before she ripped it off pulling my skin with it. was too hot and the therapist used the same wooden spatula to spread the wax - double dipping into the wax pot. This is a way that people can contract many diseases also because I was receiving my private areas being waxed it made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned. Also the therapist went over the same place she waxed more than three times and ignored the fact that my skins was almost red raw, extremely sensitive and tender. I also stated that it was starting to hurt me so I asked her to please do it the way I have seen done on me which was less painful from my personal experience then she protested and said "you'll be fine, there isn't much left to go.' she continued to spread the wax on my skin when it was half set because she had scooped up too much wax, instead of throwing out the spatula and it was painful. I have had countless Brazilians and never have I received one so unhygienic and painful. 1/5 Stars do not go here.

I am very happy with the friendly service that I get every time I go to visit the wax Gallery & I have also made some friends with the staff i definitely recommend the wax Gallery

Had an appointment about 6 weeks ago for threading of eyebrow and top lip. Not that happy with the work but most of all I felt like I was a nuisance to be there. The girl was rude and cold. I put this down to me being an older client, but this is not an excuse or reason for her demeaning attitude. Don't these young women who work there have Mothers and Grandmothers. It's not hard to take my money elsewhere!
