My wife went, she said was terrible. Even I noticed how unsymmetrical her eyebrows were and I'm the most non observent person around. Had to go elsewhere to correct. 
No delicacy, just slap it on and rip away. She said asked for neck wax and they applied wax to chin. Also got wax in her hair, had to wait for it to set to be able to removed and stringy bits left across eyelashes. Said she will not return under any circumstances, would rather stay overgrown.

Didn't even register as a customer to know that the women working in this establishment had attitude problems. Went in asking for a quote and the girl gave me the stink eye, claiming not to know what I was talking about and then threw the prices at me when she finally understood.

The girls always do a great job of my eyebrows, would certainly recommend them.
