I have been a client at Neon Peach for almost 3 years now and never had a bad experience there. The girls make me feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. I have clip in extensions that I can’t put in myself or style and the girls are more than happy to pop them in for me even during an express appointment. The salon is gorgeous and I can buy my favourite shampoo, conditioner and tan all in the same place with afterpay. The vibe of the salon is great and I always leave feeling confident and beautiful knowing my curls look amazing. I have been coming to Neon Peach for 2 1/2 years, my hair was in pretty bad shape and very far from the colour I wanted to achieve. My hairdresser Jayde was very accommodating, she was honest about how many sessions it would take to lift, what additional products I should use for my hair health and always managed to fit me in for appointments at the last minute. She has single handedly SAVED my hair, the best experience i’ve had at a hair salon, best price and best results! cannot recommend Jayde enough xServices:&nbsp;Hair coloring

i found the girls were all quite rude, went in with already blonde hair asked for them to lighten it as much as possible, and I walked out with darker hair than I went in with. I literally walked out and balled my eyes out I have quite severe anxiety so when asked what I thought I replied it’s okay holding back tears and the stylist replied with something along the lines of “well what would you have preferred we do” in a Quite snarky voice. I felt very uncomfortable and the stylist who did my hair kept needing to go and ask her manager what to do, because clearly she had realised after rinsing my hair that she had messed up. Not sure if she was new but it definitely seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Then cut my hair much shorter than I requested, the salon itself is quite pretty, the attitudes of those who work there are not. I won’t be going back , my partner even suggested I request a refund but I do not want to cause drama. Just thought I’d warn anybody else so no one else finds them self in the same position.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

From the moment I arrived I was acknowledged and warmly welcomed. Jayde was lovely and the platinum blonde she was able to produce from my dark box coloured hair was exactly what I was after. The curls were the best I've had and stayed in for days after. As a mum I rarely get time to be pampered and I definantly felt like I got that at Neon peach. The head massage was to die for. Got my hair done there a few years ago, asked for a quote for balayage, went to pay on the day and it was $100 above the quoted price, and they were quite rude about it. The colour also washed out within a week and they left me at the basin for so long it injured my neck. Never went back.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

So greatful to Karina for being so amazing and helping me with such care after a miscommunication about my initial appointment. She was absolutely amazing and Im so so happy with how my hair turned out
