The only store that sells Jordans. Be prepared to wait for a long time as you visit this store. They are lack of staff and some staff are just not proactive enough. Most of US 6 and below sizes are out and you can get it delivered if you’re staying in Australia - order by the kiosk. There was a 15% discount for a stained display piece but honestly, I’d rather get a new pair without defects. Shoelaces can be purchased at AUD$15.
I will never EVER buy online from this Company again, ordered some Nikes online, wrong colour when i opened the box, didn't touch them or take them out of box, re sealed the box and paid for their return happily the same day with an explanation in their feedback and returns system why. when they received them back an email came from JD that aren't up to their standard of return for resale. what the actual............. they state " Any returned products may potentially be restocked and resold again at a later date, therefore, need to be returned in the same condition as when they are sent out for order. In regards to footwear, the branded box is just as important as the shoes themselves" How Australia Post treated the box on the way back is completely out of my control is it not? Australia post was their online preferred courier where you pay and print a return label which I did. .so they are re-posting them back to me. avoid them at all costs ONLINE
Pretty good range. Found some good shoes and the shop assistant was pretty helpful but we had to go and ask for help. Not very intuitive staff on the floor. The lady at the counter was very friendly and efficient.
Poor customer service! I asked a staff to look for my size and have never seen them again, had to ask another staff but the last pair of shoes in my size was literally asked by and sold to another customer a minute ago in front of me!! I know it’s trivial but imagine how frustrating it was cuz technically I asked first. Then I went to make an order for delivery on the self-service counter but needed help, I asked for help again and the staff just told me to wait and ignored me for the whole time I was waiting there, had to ask someone else eventually. I know it’s a fairly busy store but it was not the right manner to treat your customers.
Absolutely shocking customer service by the rude gril today on Sunday the 21st at the JD Sports located in the city of Melbourne shopping centre. Abby made me feel like I was a nucence when I asked for another jacket out the back as the one I wanted on the ground floor had a mark on it. This girl proceeded to roll her eyes and not offer to call another store or go out of her way whatsoever to help, considering her job is only to assist the customer - she didn't even do this. When asked if she would offer a discount or mark down on the jacket, she rudely stated she would offer a discount to someone else, as if not to offer it to me. I'm someone who has worked in hospitality and retail for a number of year's, managing teams etc and I can categorically say that I have never experienced such a nasty attitude from a customer service member. I suggest Abby should follow up with some additional customer service training, ensuring she brings manners with her. Will be following this up with management and expect an apology asap. Kind regards, A lost customer I ended up up going to Nike
On a recent trip to Melbourne I live in Tasmania I purchased a pair of Nike 270s for my son. The service in store was very impersonal and cold, but it was a busy place and nothing like good ol Tassie so I shrugged it off at the time. My son wore his new shoes that he loves 3 times before the sole broke, it looks like there is a fault with the glue that holds the sole together. I have attempted to call this store many times, I go on hold for exactly 2 minutes and 10 seconds then the call disconnects everytime, a coincidence, I think not!!! My last resort was to call the online team, they are lovely and are doing all they can to assist me with my faulty shoe, but being JD are somehow ridiculously backwards, they can't help me because I purchased the shoe in store and the systems don't communicate with each other therefore they have no way of verifying the transaction or processing a refund, crazy right??? They have made several attempts on my behalf now to contact this pathetic store which I'm still waiting for a response weeks later for! It's in no way, the online teams fault and 100% because the staff instore simply don't care or have any kind of customer service skills to deal with any kind of situation, how this store is still operating and actually busy remains a mystery to me!!! I do hope this terrible review prompts the store to finally help me resolve the matter, because getting on a plane and going physically into the store is not a possibility for me. Sincerely your incredibly frustrated customer!!!
Very bad and rude customer service, no professionalism from top to bottom. I brought the two pair of Nike shocks which price tag clearly said $25 each but the counter lady charged me 30$ each and ripped the price tag. I was surprised and went to double check and confront the lady , she was so rude , even didnot apologised instead blames some some did the wrong thing g now she have to go through her entire system to refund it or blah blah………come on JD sports , you are a brand . No one is perfect but should we pay extra for your staff fault and have to face your unhappy face coz your team did the wrong things. Not even a single sorry from her nor her manager.
As an astute customer who visited JD Sports, I must say that the emporium offers a commendable variety of footwear that is sure to cater to the tastes of shoe enthusiasts. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the swarming crowd that made perambulating around the establishment a tedious task. Additionally, the wait time for the recently unveiled blue and white ASICS was conspicuously extensive, which detracted from my overall shopping experience
Customer service was horrible waited more than 20 minutes for a pair of shoes and workers were ignoring us at counter. Not going to this JD ever again. Horrible customer service.
Buyer beware. They do not honour manufacturer warranty. 3 month old Jordans fell apart and they said they cannot do anything. Let's see how it is when I apply to vcat and it costs them 5k. Unprofessional. Go direct to nike or adidas to shop. Don't bother with jd.
