While i find the in-store staff to be quite pleasant and helpful, this store has caused me nothing but troubles for too long. I tried to order a record for a birthday gift here and they lost track of it causing me to have to re-order 3 times, only to be told today 4 months later that the record is now out of stock and out of print. This is the second time this has happened here with records, and it has happened multiple times in the past with dvd boxed sets and games. In fact only once has this store ever actually successfully ordered anything in for me and it took far too long. The only reason i am giving 2 stars and not 1 is the fact that the in-store staff are polite and attempt to be helpful.
The only way to get a staff members attention is to look like you are going to steal something. Then when you ask them a question it's either sorry not my area but I'll get someone or yeah it's behind the counter. But when you head up there the staff have no clue what you want and send you off somewhere else.
Wanted to buy a security camera. 3 staff on behind counter, 2 talking and only 1 girl serving customers. Then after the other had a chat I was served. She said camera is in stock, but she couldn't find them?? 10mins later I'm walking out of the store with no camera and utter disappointment. Went to Big W, got a camera for $32 and was served in 2 minutes with no dramas.
Tried to buy an escooter here last week. Tried to get help from floor staff for 20 minutes and got nowhere. Walked out and purchased at Harvey Norman. Have spent over 10 grand at this store before. Never again.
Big thankyou to the girls at JB Hi Fi Willows for selling me a universal remote for my TV that other stores told me don't waste your money as it won't work.nI was just prepared to buy another TV from JB Hi Fi but the young girl said it will work & also googled how much a replacement remote to buy on ebay was if needed.nWell guess what the Evolve universal remote works great.nWho said customer service is dead.......not at JB Hi Fi that's for sure.nWell done ladies.
