Went to JB looking for a new smartwatch and was assisted by Leisa, had an awesome customer experience and I left satisfied with my new purchase. 10/10 Will be back again. Thanks team.
While i find the in-store staff to be quite pleasant and helpful, this store has caused me nothing but troubles for too long. I tried to order a record for a birthday gift here and they lost track of it causing me to have to re-order 3 times, only to be told today 4 months later that the record is now out of stock and out of print. This is the second time this has happened here with records, and it has happened multiple times in the past with dvd boxed sets and games. In fact only once has this store ever actually successfully ordered anything in for me and it took far too long. The only reason i am giving 2 stars and not 1 is the fact that the in-store staff are polite and attempt to be helpful.
Wanted to buy a security camera. 3 staff on behind counter, 2 talking and only 1 girl serving customers. Then after the other had a chat I was served. She said camera is in stock, but she couldn't find them?? 10mins later I'm walking out of the store with no camera and utter disappointment. Went to Big W, got a camera for $32 and was served in 2 minutes with no dramas.
Very knowledgeable staff, very helpful indeed. Got the exact earbuds I wanted. Good price
Pre-ordered a game for release date, told it would be ready on the day, only to be told they don’t have it, and I have to go galavanting around the town to hopefully get it at another store.nDisappointed and poor effort on JB Hi Fi willows.
