I had the best and most wonderful experience today at JB Hi-FinThe manager, I believe his name was Arthur, was one of the most amazing and kind-hearted people I’ve ever encountered. He honestly made my day when he helped me out with the coffee machine.nnHe wasn’t just kind and helpful, but also incredibly patient and caring throughout the whole experience. Customer service like his is rare, and it truly made a difference.nnI genuinely hope everyone gets to meet an Arthur in their life at least once. Every time I visit JB Hi-Fi Greensborough, I walk away with the same impression: plenty of staff standing around chatting, but very few who actually seem interested in helping customers.nnOn multiple visits I’ve found myself wandering around looking for assistance while groups of staff members are busy talking amongst themselves. When you finally approach and interrupt the conversation to ask for help, there’s often that awkward moment where everyone looks at each other, seemingly hoping someone else will deal with it.nnThe store itself has a good range of products, but the customer service experience leaves a lot to be desired. As a customer, you shouldn’t feel invisible when you’re actively trying to spend money.nnThere are definitely some good staff members here, but overall the culture seems far more focused on conversations between colleagues than engaging with customers. A bit more attention to customer service would make a huge difference.
