Visited this store on the 21st February hoping they would be able to change my phone. Susie approached me and was straight to point by checking my telstra account. Susie went through the plans available and was told by a passerby staff member that the Samsung Galaxy s7 edge was in stock. Within 20 minutes signed me up to an outstanding deal that I'm over the moon about. 
10/10 Very helpful and funny towards approaching customers during my sale.

A second posting When returning to this store on 24th February I asked the guys at the desk if Susie was working.
She came out and after asking if she could help my girlfriend Belinda with her Telstra account Susie was straight back to the computer. Realising the contract was pending Susie directly called a mate who within 10 minutes fixed and saved Belinda $20 a month on a better contract. 
10/10 Girlfriend Happy I'm Happy Again a huge Thank you.

It's a large store but sometime I can't find good labelling. (IE signs over areas), but this a good store.

PS- Wish they stayed open a little late on week day, I finish work at 5:00pm an they close at 5:3pm; it give me 30min to get their an find what I want.

Was going to get a phone from Epping but had finished was told this place has one I called them to hold it as soon as I went they did have it for me but not at the same price I showed them a pic on my phone of the price they said this store has different prices more expensive 
There both jb hi-fi are you kidding me  so I got a much better one online and even cheaper
