This feedback is about JB Hi-Fi overall and not specifically the JB Hi-Fi located at Greensborough Plaza, as the main store conveniently does not have a review page online.nI’d like to share feedback regarding the JB Hi-Fi Perks $10 welcome offer. I recently made a purchase expecting the $10 perk to be applied, only to find out afterward that it must be activated at the counter before processing the purchase. This important condition was never mentioned in the offer communication or during checkout.nnIt feels misleading to promote a reward and then make it unusable unless customers already know a hidden step. Transparency is important — if activation at the counter is required, this should be clearly stated in all email communications.Otherwise, it gives the impression that the promotion is designed to be easily missed rather than genuinely offered.

The staff in store is  really short of initiative or under management of customer service . When I went to buy a worth of $1800 laptop,  the staff coldly replied “ no this colour available as you wanted in our stock “. To my shock , he said that he could not even order it with colder  tone and manner!nnI doubt if the business can survive with such a quality of customer service under globalized competitive market .

I had an issue with my IPAD spent two days trying to fix it. I was becoming a mess. Went to JB HI FI Greensborough this morning and ask a gentleman if he could help me ok, what’s the problem explained my problem ok. JAMES will help you, with in a blink JAMES fixed my problem l teared up. The biggest thank you ever to JAMES a lovely young man and to JB HI FI for helping me , can’t get better that  Yvonne

Some staff in store seem nice, but if you want to experience disinterest, try to get served in mobile phones & try to get information about the phones to buy one outright. Clearly on commission for phone plans.
