My wife and I had some fantastic customer service by Warren at this store. Due to issues relating to Telstra we were stuck waiting a longer period of time at the store. Warren was helpful, transparent with his explanation of the issue and considerate throughout the entire time. We highly recommend purchasing through this store.
I bought an LG 75" TV 5 months ago, this is the 2nd time I've had to call for repairs. I obviously bought a lemon & currently demanding a replacement, not another repair.
Bought a power bank of Cygnett 20A. What a rubbish thing? Always disconnected, seconds after recharging the iPhone. And it can be recharged to only 8x% after several days. JB should refund me.
A super range of TV'S,DVD players and all the latest in Electronic Games,the only place to shop for these products,great competitive prices, heaps of parking in Pacific Fair.
I remember buying a boombox from JB back at there only, first store in 1980 my first purchase from them. Bought audio from this company over the years since. Now a big range of phones, a little music and computers mostly. Hardly any audio components at all now. No staff seem interested in this store except to sell a new mobile.
So that just happened. Informed from another store that this item was in stock at Australia fair. Drove out there from Coomera and asked a bunch of staff standing around if the item was available, was immediately told unfortunately no. So booked this item online but had to pick up at this store. Headed home, 20min later I get text to say this item is ready for pick up. O my days
I was looked after well I returned a product the staff were very nice easy exchange
Tried the Bundall store, & this is SO much better! Fantastic staff, friendly, knowledgable, willing to help in any way. Bought a 65" tv & accessories, & will definitely be purchasing my laptop & office stuff here.
Staff very helpful and efficient brought a boom speaker 3 love it.
Store is great, really friendly staff who know their stuff.
