never going to a jaycar store again. went to browns plains store... saw a plane hanging from the roof ... when i enquired about it i was told they have none in stock and wont be buying more, and the display model was broken, when i suggested they should remove the one hanging from the roof the guy chuckled and said yeah probably. so i went to the website and found them in stock at the underwood store, drove 30 mins to that store to be told that they had 1 in stock and it was also broken. when i complained about the website saying they were in stock the staff member shrugged his shoulders and said well you were pretty silly not to ring the store and check before driving over. spent thousands with these guys over the years and this one experience ensured they will never see another cent from me. failing to keep the website up to date was bad enough ... to be laughed at twice by staff at 2 different locations was fu&$%ng pathetic

I purchased kit-kc5502,12/24 volt motor speed controller at brown's plains jaycar.after careful reading & studying, I bit the bullet,followed the instructions,checked the info at the test points,all seemed ok,so hooked all up, & away it went,perfect.it was so easy,all the components fitted & the instructions were quite clear,many thanks, ray park

Horrible service at this store. Spent 15 mins chasing one sales agent after another and no one seemed interested to help.

Bought HID lights from Jaycar Brownsplains, as per the box all was perfect and everything fitted right. All plug and play. I Called up 3 times to seek advise and was completely blown away at the amount of help i was provide, 10/10 customer service! thank you guys!
