Have 4 vehicles sent there from time to time, well priced and fantastic service. 
Basic or log book vehicle service always an excellent job.
Tyres and wheel alignment top ratings.

They have been the best car service people I have come across, very friendly, easy to talk to, no fussing making bookings & if there is anything that comes up that was not in serving they will ring you, even if it was just a bulb blown, with best price & will not do it without you agreeing, not like others that tell you after when you collect your car & give you the bill for it. 👍👍👍👍👍

Back again for another tyre rotation and wheel alignment and safety check.  This is our third visit and as usual they are friendly, professional and accommodating which I appreciate since my vehicle is large and uncommon. I have had to use other Jax stores while travelling and these guys could give them lessons on how it's done.

Another visit to Jax at Toowoomba in Feb 2018 this time Steve made every effort possible to find and provide the correct legal and attractive wheels for my unique vehicle.(Chevy Silverado HD 2500).
I appreciate the many phone calls and extra time and effort he conducted on my behalf.
We have recommended Steve and Jenny to our family and friends who have been impressed as well.
Keep up the great work Jax Toowoomba.

Went in just a few minutes before closing on Saturday morning, with a rapidly-deflating tyre. They could easily have said, "Go away and come back on Monday", but I was treated with courtesy, professionalism, and a "can do" attitude. Turns out my tyre was completely shot (piece of metal through the sidewall), but they fitted a new one at reasonable cost, and I was out the door within 25 minutes of arrival. Top marks to Jax Toowoomba — this is the second occasion I've dealt with them and, each time, my wife and I have been impressed with the service.

26/2/18 ..... Another puncture, another trip to Jax. (My tyres seem to attract screws/nails/etc.!) On this occasion, was initially less than impressed, as a workshop stuff-up left me waiting much longer than anticipated. HOWEVER, the mark of a good company is not whether they have problems (because even the best do, from time to time), but rather how they deal with those problems. On that basis, I am happy to maintain my all-star rating for Jax Toowoomba, because they handled it apologetically and professionally, and left me as a happy customer. Good PR skills all round.
