Booked in car early...expected it to be an overnight stay...lots of fiddley bits to do, as well as change 2 tyres and fit centre bearing. Contacted about work required and cost, given very detailed list of problems to be fixed, and prices...everything done and dusted by 4ish same day. Very professional, prompt and well priced. Thanks, much appreciated, to back on the road so quickly.
I highly recommend Jax Tyres at Bendigo. I had a tyre emergency and Jim sorted me out within minutes. I was in good hands, very experienced. I felt I got a bang for my buck without sacrificing quality or service.

An excellent tyre fitting, balance and alignment. Additionally, their work fixed the dead spot in the middle of the steering and a strange knock when you start to veer to the left and right. Others had tried to fix it and failed. My car has never driven straighter. Great work Simon and the Jax team.

Regret to say, I trusted Jax auto and had been visiting from past few years. I had been recommending others as well. I'm a Marine Mechanic and usually I don't write reviews but in Jan I noted strange mess with my vehicle eventually damaging my motor. Its not just a guess or near miss but to reconfirm and for reassurance I took my vehicle twice for the same and the work done was unprofessional. Recently one of my friend also had the same experience, when his vehicle was serviced but return oil hose wasn't fixed back and he was given estimated repair cost $2000. Someone out there isn't professional and trying to ruin the image. But there's always some supervision and quality check which doesn't exists. If I happened to be a layman then this wouldn't have surfaced.
