Do yourself a favour and save yourself headaches, I have had a few stereos and upgrades over the years. And these guys are top. Notch I can’t fault them, friendly professional team. They will cater for all your needs I was very surprised with the range of things they do! I have a Suzuki Jimny, upgrades done: Alpine stereo Hands free Lift kit shocks coils. Snorkel And have a Bull bar on order with lighting to be installed. I’m very happy with the job done and not to expensive I have gone with big chains for installs before with having to go back for things to be fixed up. Do yourself a favour go see Damian,Warren and the team great bunch. This is not a paid review or mates of mine just a very happy customer.

Used to be great and I was once a loyal customer who had spent a fair bit of money here on car audio upgrades - hence the 3 stars. Fast forward a few years and this place just isn’t what it used to be. Can’t comment on the workmanship of late because apparently it’s nearly impossible to get in and good luck getting any advice. Tried to book in for a small job, bloke on reception was helpful enough but the tech clearly didn’t want to know about it and seemed happy to fob me off with claims of very long waiting times while making no attempts to fit me in. My business clearly was not wanted. I asked for recommendations for where else I might be able to get some things done around Bendigo and was basically just told to google it. Was hoping to get them to upgrade the audio system in my car as well, but will just get it done in Melbourne now. No doubt if I’d mentioned the bigger job first I would have been treated differently.
Just had a bull bar and canopy put on my Ute by these guys and they were awesome to deal with. They did a great job and took a lot of care in their work. I would highly recommend!
Nothing but fantastic customer service from this store, from highly knowledgeable and friendly staff members. Provided great assistance in identifying appropriate products and hardware solutions- not just out to recommend the most profitable solution for them! I later had them install a purchase; as an experienced technician and someone well and truly precious of their vehicle, I am impressed at the quality of their work and care taken. Technician who happened to be very busy was happy to take the time to explain the process, and ensure I was happy with the quality of install. Would recommend this team, it is clear why they are so busy in the workshop! Many thanks!
The jobs we needed doing were a bit out of the ordinary fitting a winch to the back of a Sprinter, fitting a demountable winch to a horse truck, and fitting a reversing camera to the horse truck. None of the jobs were straightforward, and we were really impressed by the amount of thought Damien and the crew at Auto Addiction put into them. They had components manufactured to facilitate the fittings, and saved us $700 by suggesting we just use the one winch and swap it from vehicle to vehicle as needed. Excellent fitting and top customer service!
Went there today. Not only were they extremely helpful, helping with advice on my car stereo. They were cheerful and gained no monetary recompense in this transaction. I, for one totally recommend to everyone, this is a business that will not disappoint. Thanks guys !!!
