Pleasant, friendly and very comfortable clean lounge area with an abundance of chilled water, tea and variety of coffees available. Had windscreen replaced 15-Mar-25. Thankyou!
Windscreen replacement went well until I noticed damages to my paintwork around the windscreen. Instead of notifying me when I was waiting for two hours while the windscreen was replaced, I later discovered the paint damage after leaving. Tried to rectify the issue but was blamed for the damage there was no pre-existing damage to the paint, but was blamed anyhow, and since waiting for a resolution the paint has gotten worse than in the picture below to which I'm paying to fix out-of-pocket. If the damage was pre-existing, why not mention it while I was waiting there as they did it so I could've sorted it out sooner? Wasted my time going back to sort it out and was met with a not so friendly worker who said it was my problem to fix. Before going in, take very close photos of your car otherwise you will be blamed for damages. I will not be going back.
After seeing their ads promoting fixing small windscreen cracks, I finally went and got ours seen to. Professional service and great result with a lifetime guarantee on the work done. Very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them.
Fabulous service. Very efficient at replacing the windscreen in our motorhome and were kind enough to give me a lift and save me from having to walk into town and back. Won’t go elsewhere now I’ve found these guys!!
Great team. Great attitude. Great service. Only downside is no direct phone number.
