Made an enquiry via email. Was contacted made an appointment. Car air conditioner fixed, very reasonable cost and explained what had caused problem. Would recommend them.

I took my car in for a road worthy some time ago. Kept being told it would be ready tomorrow. This went on for over a week. Once things were finally done I was charged more than originally quoted because he needed to replace a broken ICC unit (which he broke while replacing the light globe in the shifter?!). Then to cap it off I noticed a clunk coming from one of the wheels when going over bumps. Turns out they'd left one of the old bushings (still in good condition) in there and it had become wedged between the swivel joint and suspension. I would suggest that you steer clear of this place!

I've been taking my cars here for 8 years, I've always received great service from the team at Lou Owens. They're prices are good and I won't take my car anywhere else in Bendigo, highly recommend the team at Lou Owen Auto!
