Jason holds a certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, rehabilataion and nutrition. Jason established Jasons Gym in 2005. In that time Jasons Gym has produced some of the premium body builders in Australia with three Australian Champions and one world Champion. Although we have only been open eight years Jason has over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry with an intricate understanding of the bodies functions. Jason approches his training in a truely hullistic way, Conditioing the five systems in your body, Skeletal, Muscular, Nurological, Circulatary, and Digestive, giving you stronger bones and muscles, improved nervous response and increased cardiovascular conditioning. The sport of body building has taught Jason how to get people body fat percentage to a remarkable 5-6%. With this knowledge Jasons weight lose programs are second to none.
