Best rental real estate agent! As someone who rents a property through JAS Stephens I can't recommend them enough. Exceptional͏ Agent and amazing auctioneer We originally purchased this property with John as the selling agent back in 2016. He was always willing to give us time and his professional view as we redeveloped the property.  John provided outstanding guidance to us in how to prepare and market the property for sale. His network of trades such as Joe the handy man were so useful, it made getting to market a breeze.  Then it was time for John to shine. His process for meeting and follow up of potential buyers is remarkably thorough. He was able to generate immense interest in our property which gave us absolute confidence to proceed to auction.  John was also our auctioneer. He ran the auction with perfect tempo, managed to involve multiple bidders and was thorough in working the price up to a wonderful level.  This was the second property we sold with John in 2022. He also did an amazing job with our first property and in that instance helped us sell prior to auction which was a great result as market headed into decline.

Stephanie Knight is my property manager and she is simply amazing. She is very prompt with returning any email or call and her advice regarding tenants or the market movements is always on point. She manages all the repairs, strata notices, renewals/increases, etc. effortlessly and politely. Stephanie always follows up on matters and is surprisingly proactive, which is exactly what you want! Highly recommend Stephanie and Jas Stephens team.

We recently contacted Jas Stephens regarding managing our newly renovated rental property in Yarraville.  Alex Boyce new client manager made a time to meet me at the property that same day and was great advising me & answering my queries.  It was an easy decision to engage Jas Stephens and Alex got things moving quickly.  We were still completing renovations but had the property ready to be photographed on Wednesday of that week & it was advertised online the next day.  Stephanie Knight then became our personal property manager and her work has been awesome too.  They both ensured that there was a lot of interest in our property and the open for inspection was a huge success.  We were pleased to select a new tenant from the applications received after the open & they moved in the next weekend. Both Alex & Stephanie went "above & beyond" in getting things organised, advising us & answering our queries.  We are extremely pleased with what they achieved for us.

Elise͏ is fantastic! Elise managed my purchase of my new home. She was very generous with her time, and was patient with me during the negotiation process. While I understand that agents may often represent things to prospective buyers which may border on hyperbole, I trusted what Elise told me and never felt the process was anything other than transparent and open. She was able to get me answers to my questions promptly, and accommodated various requests with patience and professionalism. She has sincere passion for her work and is an asset to her agency.

We had the lovely Michaela Geary take over from our last property manager who was not really the most helpful. However Michaela has always been quick to help us whenever the house requires something to be fixed and was especially helpful when we were doing a lease renewal, she’s very efficient and everything you’d hope for from a property manager.

Andy Simpson at JAS Stephens sold our new home to us.  During our house hunting we met a lot of agents and Andy stood out as being straightforward, patient and honest. During the sale process, he was prompt and thorough in answering all our queries and we never felt pressured.   Since then he's continued to be very helpful in helping us settle into our home including recommending great tradespeople and the best local pizza options! : We're glad he was our agent - he is excellent at what he does.

We found George Alexander & Patrick Fowler both to be trustworthy,͏ hardworking and super responsive throughout our buying and selling process. As vendors, we felt well informed throughout the campaign and couldn't be happier with their service and the result, especially given the current market.
