Absolutely shocking service. The Manager has the poorest customer service skills i have ever come across. She is more than rude. Whoever appointed her Manager needs to be told. We will never take our business there again. Not only that the food wasn't all edible. We had raw potatoes in our potato salad. The The cafe's air conditioning obviously doesn't work either. Poor experience.
Manager lady doesn't handle stress well and cafe was only half full. She was very abrupt with both her own young staff telling them, in a horrible tone of voice, 'no, I'm too busy!' when one of them asked a question and to customers. Maybe she is nicer to locals but to people she doesn't know/out-of-town visitors to Bunbury she was very abrupt not a good ambassador for Bunbury. It's a cafe and the atmosphere should be welcoming and relaxed. Instead she seemed to resent being there. There was also a $10 minimum for paying with a card even if a debit card plus a 10 percent surcharge on public holidays. Having said that though, the Berry Smoothie I ordered was tasty and icy cold. I won't be back though, simply because the lady who served me was not pleasant.
Poor customer service no manners and very rude, recieved cold hot food,had to get up and wait to ask for cutlery, i wont be coming here again, use to be a family favourite but after this never again
Great people, great food and an awesome environment for the whole family
Wonderful staff. Meals are always good.
