We had a really good experience here. Good staff that recommend certain drinks to share in a large group and meals are large portions so you get value for your money. The fish was a bit overcooked but the rest of the seafood was good. Loved the prawns and scallops in the creamy sauce. The beer towers are impressive. Great location with good views of the foreshore as we sat outdoors to get some fresh air.
Just to clarify first. 4 stars is my go to for a good experience. I just save 5 incase there's something outstanding. We had a great lunch. The Sea food paddle was more than enough for my wife, my 16 year old daughter and I. We weren't overly hungry but we didn't manage to finish it either. My 11 year old some had the ham and cheese pizza. It was again more than enough for him and presented very well even for older kids. This isn't a negative but just feedback. The included drink in the kids meal came in a plastic cup. I think plastic cup is more suited to younger kids. Maybe 5 and under but the meal was well presented for older kids. Maybe just something the waiter needs to consider and maybe provide a small glass for older kids. Over all, great experience and well priced.
Amazing service, lovely warm atmosphere even on a dead Wednesday. The Pork Pizza was great, very homemade with a fresh pizza base and well engineered toppings. Give this place a go, worth the money for the large portions!
Great place with lovely service. Orders the share platter and it was massive for the two of us. Beer platters had a few I liked but wasn't a fan of some of the really hoppy ones but was great to try them. Good servings too in the beer paddles.
Had an amazing Fish and Chips the other day. Cooked to perfection, very crispy and a great serving size. They also had a wide selection of their own brews; I can definitely recommend their Freo Doctor Lager. To top it all off, the location is excellent and you get great views of the bay as you eat.
The chicken parmi tasted delicious and was well worth the price! Service was very friendly and the staff were happy to help with any allergies/dietary requirements. Prime location on the water front and I would easily recommend Mash for anyone looking to have a good meal out.
Lovely food and the best service from Nadine! She went above & beyond to make us comfortable and happy.
Amazing service and food! We had the best waitress, Nikki who was an absolute joy! She had the best personality and was great with the kids! Nikki also offered some extra half price pizzas that weren't on the menu The food was next level, check out the pics of the steak sandwich and wedges! Doesn't do it justice, it tastes so good The beer is always good and I would 100% recommend!
We had the best experience at mash brewery. The food was insanely good. Thanks to the amazing chef Jesse. Also our wait staff Niki was so lovely and helpful. She came to our table with such a beautiful presence about her, it was such a overall delightful experience at mash brewery:: we even went back a second time in our 5 day stay.
Overpriced and underwhelming. Service was very subpar with an unreasonable wait time, around 25 minutes just to receive drinks which were overpriced and had to ask several times for all drinks to actually arrive. The beer was flat. Food was average and again very overpriced. The chicken parmigiana was dry with poor quality cheese and sauce. Cutlery wasn't provided with meals and took an extra 15 minutes and only after asking twice did we receive any. Overall I'd suggest you avoid. And as you can see from the reply the management staff decide it's better to make excuses than do better. 25 minutes just for drinks is not acceptable, in no world is it. You aren't competitively priced and if you in fact did reviews you would know that. Being open on Boxing Day isn't an excuse to have substandard pricing and service. The attitude is a clear indication as to why the restaurant fails to meet expectations.
