Reasonably clean, comfortable bed and pillows, fantastic food and the best staff. It's hard to find good customer service in WA and this hotel absolutely nails it. I cannot speak highly enough of the personable and efficient staff and in my opinion the staff are five star.  Thank you for a lovely stay.

It is a impressive location the staff were great, the room was clean I will stay here again

Very enjoyable place to stay and relax. Walking distance to the beach and a lovely pool and spa inside hotel.

Enjoyed staying at the Quality Lighthouse. Parking right outside door was a bonus and loved the balcony overlooking city and ocean. Only negative would be the shower space, bit small.

Great meal for the whole family... not noisy so all generations could chat easily.

The Aircon isn't that good in summer & moon house movies. Other than that. Awesome Staff & clean rooms

Emma is amazing, awesome customer service and attitude. I travel a lot for business was down there and will now make this hotel my go to! Looking forward to it.
