Horrible approach to customers. The lady at the counter ( seems to be the owner, and the only personnel in the store) is always busy speaking over the phone,(speaker phone mobile).She won't even look at you and if you ask something she may not get you the right stuff as she continues to speak to her friend on speaker phone, how annoying!! 
Conversation in Hindi, goes like "what you are cooking for lunch "etc.
And to top it all, when it comes to pay, she turns the screen with the invoice onto you, because she is busy on the phone!! No pleasantries to be expected.
Basic etiquettes and customer service is appalling.  I will never visit this store again, plenty of Indian stores in Perth. Terrible service, keep away

Helpful staff. Clean. Many varieties. Airconditioned. Got 1 small free packet of Haldiram snack from purchase above $50
