The older lady with short, bright red hair is the nastiest, rudest person ever. ZERO people skills. There have been many reports about her, and reviews about her on this thread . WHY is she still working with the public?? Either train her in BASIC friendliness and manners, or FIRE HER.
The staff at self checkout was standing very close to us and looking to us in a way, feels like we are thief. It was so offending and mannerless.The customer service should not be like this, there are no cost to be more generous.And this store never update their holiday opening hours, it’s showing the store will open till 9.00 but actually because of new year day it will close at 6.00.
Last week I went to buy a couple of things for the kitchen, I asked the cashier for the total and she totally ignored me. Man, I need to know the total before deciding whether to pay cash or electrically man. Bad customer service.

Online says buy 1 big box of the cubeez for $5 will receive 5 free small cubeez. So i bought it and when i claimed the cubeez from the staff old lady with short hair, she claimed that it wasn’t my ticket and gave me a face as if i took it from somewhere. SERIOUSLY. ASSUMING YOUR CUSTOMER FOR STEALING SOMETHING THATS NOT EVEN WORTH A PENNY IS NOT OK. ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS NOT TRUE. This lady needs to get a warning.
