The staff at self checkout was standing very close to us and looking to us in a way, feels like we are thief. It was so offending and mannerless.The customer service should not be like this, there are no cost to be more generous.And this store never update their holiday opening hours, it’s showing the store will open till 9.00 but actually because of new year day it will close at 6.00.
The online shoppers need to go to school and learn how to count. I don’t know how many times this has happened. Absolutely Crap! Do better.
Riverton woolworths branch management, this is specifically for your attention. For your next rostering at the front main counter, please roster someone who is well and properly trained. This morning 17th October around 9:30am, i was served so unprofessional and impolite way. The girl who wear thick black eyebrow, long hair so not friendly and without patience to explain things nicely. She dont even try to provide help to customer. This was second occasion in a row. Same bad customer service happened last week from the same front main counter from another lady. The management should learn from Southland woolworths. Pay a visit to them.
Very bad customer service with the Red color short hair woman lady. Very rude and very bad attitude to all the customers. This is no good!!
