Food and coffee were good, however we were more than a little disturbed by the way one staff member (name tag read Tessa)was treating a couple of the younger staff members, and her attitude toward customers also. Snappy and rude to customers. snarly, demeaning and bullying toward staff. Young barista looked to be in tears. Turned what would have been a nice experience into a very uncomfortable one.

Ordered two bacon and egg bagals. Bagals where covered in holindays sauce so I couldn't pick it up to eat. Tried cutting it but it was so hard from toasting I couldn't cut it without it smashing to peaces. Asked management to redo our meal so we could eat it and he refused telling me it's just to bad. I've never returned a meal to anyone before so I was very disappointed to find out he was happy for me to never return. Sad day for Jamaica Blue Mackay. This customer is never coming back and will post my experience on fb.

Ordered a Smashed Avo and maple bacon, was given smoked salmon and a semi fried poached egg. Coffee was burnt. Customer service was horrible. Would expect better customer service and quality of food given the price paid for this poor experience.
