Turned me away as ‘drug seeking’ - I have a broken neck, collar bone, four broke. Ribs and had a collapsed lung. Cruel bunch of judgemental people

After going here for years my previous trip will be my last, as i sat in the waiting room for almost an hour crook as a dog. Recently the medical centre runs ridiculously late with wait times of up to an hour. On a previous occasion i walked out after waiting an hour.  At no stage did any of the staff advise me that the doctor was running late or provide a phone call postponing the appointment.
