This is the 1st time we use Iron Bridge Properties to look after our rentals. 

We found Sue Cope through Googling for a suitable Property Manager. 

Sue was the most complete introduction we could find and we found her very professional in her attitude and approach which gave us confidence to try them out. 

Our property was inspected and checked and there was excellent research by Sue on recommendation of what rental to charge and what to prepare the property for viewing. We were kept informed of everything they did. 

They had the property advertised for a week and a tenant was found ! 

Thank you Sue, Good job! Will not hesitate to use you again!

My husband and I would really like to give a special word of thanks to Sam. From day one he was a very professional, friendly and helpful person and we felt that we could trust him from the start. He knows his job, he took us through all the details and made sure we understand everything. What is very nice working with Sam is that he responds immediately to our phone calls or e-mails. He is just the best estate agent we ever worked with. We both feel very comfortable and satisfied with his service. We will definitely use him and Iron Bridge in future.

First time I have used Iron Bridge.  I have found Sue Cope to be professional, efficient and friendly.  Despite how busy she is, Sue always made herself available and returned calls in a very timely manner.
