I booked an airport shuttle bus through the Information Centre, they informed me to ring the company to send through my receipt (even I had paid directly to the Information Centre) I phoned Airport West Shuttle Bus and THEY told me to ring the Information Centre. 
Extremely poor communication between the 2 companies, very disappointed with Ipswich Information Centre. 
They need to review their procedures.

Great place to find out about what there is to do in town and surrounding areas.

Very poor information about the Scenic Rim, only one cartoon map. Suggested I throw away the GPS and just drive. They did however manage to dig up one very good map, from out the back. The 2 stars is for that. The road to the lookout above it was closed.

Always take students here as many goods made in Australia so good for souvenirs. Chinese students especially do not like to return home with "Australian Souvenirs" only to find they are made in China
