Had a fantastic trip to Sydney over the long weekend! Sharon was exceptional in her service - always kept us up to date with our holiday and her friendly service was great. She went above and beyond to select a hotel that suited our needs, price range and location. Would highly recommend Sharon to anyone who is travelling both domestically and internationally!
A holiday is meant to be memorable and fun, but can also be quite stressful to plan - which is why people go to a travel agent. Unfortunately I would never recommend this business. The initial communication and help was quite positive. Aleesha was new however was friendly and happy to help. Clearly none of her colleagues or her had travelled to our destination as the hotel recommended was terrible, old and dirty with very poor facilities, as soon as we reached out to them about this they washed their hands of us and had absolutely no interest in helping us at all, completely ignored our query and told us to organise a refund with reception ourselves and find our own accomodation. It felt like there was no care once they received our payments!
5 Stars ***** Great customer service, Reasonable Price. My partner and I had recently booked a trip to Europe for a getaway. Sharon who had served us was a great help. She had helped us with the accomodations and got us a great price for flights and hotels. I would highly recommend helloworld and Sharon at Riverlink for any help with your travel needs.
Brilliant service as ever from the wonderful Helloworld team! Completely took all the stress out of the complicated nature of holiday planning in this complex COVID landscape allowing us to simply relax! Look forward to booking my next trip with the team!
I booked an overseas holiday with hello world when I had no idea on where I wanted to go. It was suggested to go to club med Bali and I have enjoyed my holiday so much. Thanks Sharon great suggestion!
I highly reccomend not going to this place. Booking a holiday is the start of an exciting journey and the owner of this store is not a happy woman at all and unfortunately she works at the booking desk. As soon as I said I wasn't vaccinated she said I don't have time for you leave my store.... the store was empty she told me I wasn't allowed to take the free brochures on my way out. She was so un necessary rude and I will be contacting the franchise operator to ensure this woman doesn't ruin any one else's holiday experience. I highly reccomend you stick to the big booking companies for your holidays and not these under staffed, under experienced places.
