My husbands parents live here so we visit as much as possible. It’s a nice little community however the maintenance man getting around on his buggy was rude to us one time a few years back. We hear he’s gone now but some of the residents are rude as well. The kids come to see Grandma and Grandpa for Christmas and haven’t seen them in a few years so was a lovely catch up but smeared by a man who scratched our sons car. Grandma showed him a spot at the end of her street that was NOT a private parking area visitor parking so he put his car there only to return 90mins later to the two oldies who lived in front it, abusing him for blocking their driveway which he had not and proceeded to claim the spot was their private spot which we know it’s not and scratched into his black paintwork a message for him. He is 18 yrs old and this is his first car and first trip to visit his grandparents driving his own car down from Nambour and this is what happened to him. Disgusting behaviour. We are taking it further. See pic
