The lady we had was super helpful and so patient. Didn't rush us even though we pretty much changed everything right after confirming due to adding in extra stuff. She even found out a few little extras for us that saved us looking for later. She was so lovely.  Highly recommend

It was worst experience. I went to book the tickets, and firstly they said tickets are not available. Then I showed them the ticket online, then only the booked it for me.Then they didn't send me ticket. I had to call them 2-3 times for the ticket next day. After that, they didn't explain me the requirements I need to fulfil before board the flight. Then my friend missed the flight because airline didn't allow him to board the flight as he didn't had the visa of country where he had connecting flight. They didn't tell me even when I asked them. I don't recommend to anyone. Had to pay more when he booked the ticket on the spot

Very satisfied with my recent booking with Flight Centre Ipswich. My consultant Brianna was time efficient, super friendly and very easy going. She made everything very easy for me to understand and gave me all the information I needed. Highly recommend Brianna and Fiona when booking trips in the future. Wonderful ladies! Thank you again for all your help.

So cant say enough nice things about my agent Dianne Morrison. She has been ultra helpful for years now and makes booking my trips super easy. I literally don't bother looking else where or even attempting it myself lol. In fact Andy was great and  Ryan also but it was Dianne that has gone above and beyond. People are always quick to criticise. I  just think more thanks should be given. Credit where credit is due. Happy to see Flight Centre has weathered the stormy .Massive Hugs Troy
