It's good because you get your own pot and don't have to mix your pot with others and their dirty seafood etc, haha

They just had nothing! Im talking entire sections of the menu was not available. We watched one couple leave after not being able to order what they wanted. Another patron asked for coke and the waiter pointed her to their fridge which was empty but for 4 bottles of cider and some water. As another table put quite aptly, "you have nothing? What do you have then?"

Cannot fault the food. We had the "Party Plan" like a degustation $199 for 3-5 people. We had 6 people and 2 large takeaway boxes stuffed full. : All food is fresh. Mushrooms, fish, beef, lamb, mussels, prawn, tofu, two types of noodles, fish balls, dumplings plus more. All fresh made and very tasty. You make up your own sauce to go with the above. At least 20 different things there to choose from. And it all cook right in front of you in their clever little induction pots. The other thing the kids liked was piping the cuttle fish "wah" into the pots to make their own instant cuttle fish noodles. I reckon they looked more like fish guts... But taste was right. Only reason they don't get 5 stars from me... They were a little slow on service. I needed my beer and I had to wait too long. But we will definitely be going back there again. Once my "I ate way too much" stomach subsides.

Food is good. But there was no service. Also when they ran out the source it won't be refilled, and still charged us $4 per head even most of the source was run out tonight. Very disappointed.

It was 4+ and i was a big fan. But it becoming worse and worse in the past year: no sauce, no salt, no soup, no tissue... Just no service any more. It's time to look for another restaurant. Sad

Good location, a bit out of the way. Their way of hotpot just works out well. Service is meh and sometimes items are forgotten.

Food is nice, always a long queue. Last time i was told i have to wait for 45 mins for a seat.

We tried to have lunch here, but the staff purposely avoided eye contact for a full 5 minutes after we were ready to order and played on their phones/made themselves lunch instead, so we left.

Really excellent quality food, nice meat, fresh mushrooms, good wontons

Overall a good experience, service was a bit slow.
