Trolley pushers are very hard selling with dim sims. Been here many times for dinner and a few times for yum cha. Not a lot to choose from only a couple of trolleys circulating the dining area. You have the option of making requests which guarantees freshness. Best if you go in groups of 3 and above to ensure you get to try a selection of dishes. In my opinion, it was a little towards the expensive side for flavour and portion.

One of the original bests in Chatswood for Yum Cha, this restaurant seems to struggle a bit from the noticably less customers on a weekday due to the wide range of restaurant choices that are popping up all over Chatswood. The food is delicious and they still have old-time traditional favourites such as the fish balls in the clam sauce and are very helpful in getting your food that you request if it is not in one of their trolleys. They give you ample space to just sit and enjoy your lunch.  My family has been coming here for over 20 years - we especially like the quality of food. It's also a great place to go to for dinner - where they serve you nourishing house soup with your mains, followed by fruit, cookies and dessert. The chefs are excellent in what they deliver and we always leave very satisfied. There is parking underneath the building at night time for easy access.

Great for group dinner, Shang dong chicken is crispy & tasty. Complimentary dessert is very nice as well

The service is actually much better than what I found on reviews on other platforms. The dishes are just average, not as many varieties as other big yum cha places. We didn't wait even it was sat lunch plus or minus?

One of the older yum char places in Chatswood, but it delivers consistently good traditional yum char dishes. Awesome deep fried squid with just the right amount of spiciness. Good service compared to other Chinese restaurants. Spacious and not too noisy.

Surprising no queue and not busy on the weekend. Dim sum for yumcha is good quality. Service is good. There is a lift behind the stairs for the less mobile. Free parking and can request for private room for dinner. Overall:  great place for Yum Cha as it is not too noisy and packed and food is good quality as well. You just have to pay a bit more $

This is restaurant has been around since I was a child. Yum Cha-ed here countless times. The Good: Food. Both yum Cha and dinner. Ingredients here are reliability fresh. Serving size fair. Tastes good. The price is not "cheap", but there's nothing to complain about given the quality. The bad: What happened to the service? I went there for yum Cha today, after unsuccessfully waving down a waiter approx.10min, I approached a manager the only guy in a suit uniform, I asked for a dish to be order, he rolled his eyes at me and walked off. This is very poor. The dish did eventually come, so I guess that's a positive?

Used to be a regular for yumcha here but the standard has been slipping further and further. Last time we left in frustration after terrible service and long waits between dishes - hardly any carts on the floor. Very limited selection and had to ask multiple times for any ordered dishes to arrive and for tea, condiments etc. Didnt seem the slightest bit interested in hearing feedback at the time - wont be back

Had lunch with my friends at this yum cha. WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in a restaurant. They had the rudest, most disrespectful staff i have ever met, couldn't care less about anything except money. We ordered water 3 times from 3 different waiters till it came and the waiter literally tossed the food card on our table and walked away. Ordered a dish that was so over priced and not listed on ANY menus, and when we asked to speak to the manager he WALKED AWAY FROM US. Yes. The manager of his OWN restaurant. He then sent another waiter to do his dirty work, she had absolutely no idea what she was saying or doing, just blindly following orders. We asked to speak to the manager directly again and the second time he came he was  still extremely unprofessional, did not want to listen to a word we had to say, DID NOT APOLOGISE and walked away A SECOND TIME. The level of service is disgusting. The waiter was arguing with us for 20 mins when we told her there was no prices of that dish on any menus she refused to listen and expected us to pay an absurd about of money for such little dish. The dishes and cups were all so dirty! So SO disappointed and upset about absolutely terrible customer service they had there. Would highly recommend not going there as it is a waste of money and time to such bad quality service.
