Story

Intermezzo is classic Italian styling within the grand historic GPO building. It boasts an amazing 7.5 metre high wine tower within the main dining and lounge area under the stunning 8-story glass atrium. Focusing on Neapolitan cuisine in a grand Italian fashion, Intermezzo is all elegance with white tablecloths and hovering waiters clad in jackets and bow ties. The food is Italian, simple and classic and offers you a magnificent alfresco dining experience under the grand colonnades along 1 Martin Place.

We had sausage bolognaise, super delicious but on the pricey side-€16euros/plate. Convenient location, in the Center, no specific interesting view. Owner doesn’t speak English, but friendly.
Decided to try this place because of all the great reviews it had and it did not disappoint! Pasta was good and service was even more incredible. I recommend the Pesto with salsa verde.
Delicious pasta, we ordered three dishes, sorry for not being able to provide any dish names. However the farfelle one that sauce is the best. Great prize with great portion. Although I couldn't finish the entire plate.
This restaurant is amazing, a must visit if you are in Brussels. we did not speak any French but the staff helped us order our food without issue although we didn’t know what we ordered. Regardless the food was amazing!!

Is not accepted any meal voucher! Even if there are the logo outside! Owner not that polite, the restaurant Is very cold in Winter, good pasta not cheap
