Great gym and such a positive environment.  Craig the head instructor has created a fantastic, no ego culture. Integrity is definately the key word here. After training for 6 months or so I really would encourage people at any stage in their life to come along and give it a go.

Have Been training with Craig since late 2014 and haven’t looked back, great culture, great people, great content, both of my kids also train in the Mini Minions group.
