I've been training with Immersion for over 5 year's now and have loved every moment there. The coaches are not only friendly and approachable but also have a wealth of knowledge. If you want to get fit, pick up some great skills, meet an awesome group of people and improve your confidence both on and off the mats then Immersion Mixed Martial Arts is the spot you're after. Highly recommended!

Joined Immersion after a long hard search for a gym. It is hard to find a gym that has such a caring and inviting environment and without the fully sicks. The trainers here are world class and are attentive and never afraid to push you to the limit! You will not regret coming here, once you step foot through those doors, you will have already leveled up yourself.

Just started Muay Thai with Immersion just over a month ago and it's been a pretty good experience so far. I was recommended to come here by a friend who fights, which he mentioned his teacher got trained by Keith.
Keith and Rung have been absolutely great - they're always keeping an eye out on the ground to 'drill' it into you to get things right. They teach you some practical drills which you can try out when sparring later on. When partnered up with thigh and belly pads, you call out combos for your partner - I liked how once Keith stopped us to comment on the practicality of the combos being thrown out (taking your distance to your opponent into consideration with the punch/kicks you throw).
Have to agree with the others that there is generally a very supportive culture - no matter how junior or senior you are, people are there to help correct your technique or give advice.

David and Lee are master technicians in their art and are in the rare percentage of athletes who instruct as well as they perform. If you look at their credentials - you will realise that you are getting world class instruction from world class athletes.

But more impressive than that is the culture that they have fostered in the academy. Everyone is welcoming, pursues holistic excellence, is encouraged to explore different pathways in their martial art journey and are supportive of each other. 

Reviews don't do justice to the experience of being part of a second family - so all that's left to do is stop reading reviews and get on the mats - we'll welcome you with open arms

Awesome gym with great instructors and training partners. The perfect gym for the high level competitor and also the person who is just starting out. No idiots on the mat and it's like training with a great big family. 10/10. I basically base where I live and work off getting to continue my training here.
