Welcome to Absolute MMA and Conditioning, Melbourne’s premier strength, fitness and martial arts training centre. At Absolute we are committed to providing the best all around training facility in Melbourne CBD, Collingwood and St Kilda. Whether you’re an MMA enthusiast looking to take your performance to a new level, or just looking for a new and fun way to improve your physical fitness like no other, Absolute is the gym for you.

Absolute MMA has a martial arts program which includes classes in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and MMA Fitness. The facility also offers a range of cross training and functional strength and conditioning classes unlike any other around. Absolute offers a unique ‘all in one’ training facility designed to improve your physical performance like no other. We are also ideally located at 136 Exhibition St, Melbourne CBD, 134 Cromwell Street,

Absolutely love this gym.

This place have been a great constant in my life. There is nothing better than coming here a little bit grumpy and walking away at the end of class a completely different person. The mats continue to challenge your concept of who you are, what you're capable of and weaknesses to strengthen.

This people in this place is like a second extension of my identity and has helped shaped me into the person I am now.

Fantastic place to train. There is enough equipment for me to do my own thing if i want to. 
The classes are catering for all levels and the coaches are real experts who know how to guide you. Workouts are always fun at this gym.

I joined Absolute MMA just over a month ago and have had a great time so far. I’m training roughly 5-6 times a week in Boxing, Muay Thai and jiu jitsu as well as some work on the weights, every class is fun and very informative and the coaches I’ve had are extremely thorough and approachable (Sean, Pradeep, Toohey). Both the CBD and Collingwood branches I’ve been to have great sized gyms, plenty of matspace and a very busy timetable to accomodate members.

Fantastic place. Trainers are very friendly and helpful. If they know that you are a beginner they will guide you along which is very nice. The people there are also very very friendly. They will tone down their skills if they know you are a beginner and point out things to improve on. Had a really fun time training there!!!

I’ve tried a few MMA places in Melbourne and have trained interstate and this is by far the best gym I’ve been to. The trainers really know their stuff but also know how to teach. Everyone is really respectful of each other and no one seems to be trying to take anyone’s head off. I’ve been to gyms where all your sparring partner wants to do is knock you out. Not here. The facilities are insane and really well kept. The only thing I’m disappointed in is that I didn’t start training here earlier.
