Kelvin Grove salon. Threading is adequate and was in and out in 5 mins for $15 so cant complain. But border-line rude service and no communication ie one worker was doing some one else when i came in and didnt bother looking up to say hi and tell me that other worker was just on her way back. Standard customs service absent! Also called to make booking but was told i just had to turn up.

Good morning my name is Cynthia and I attended your Salon in Woolloongabba yesterday at around 10 a.m. for your Groupon special when I called to see if they needed an appointment I was told to come straight down and not to worry with the Groupon deal as I could get it for the same price if I came without having the deal. when I got there the lady asked me what colour I would like my eyebrows being a natural blonde I suggested one colour darker than my natural hair colour they are black to the point where I can't leave the house not only that the worst part is when I went to pay I was charged $30.30 without being told the amount assuming as we've been discussed that it would be the Groupon fee of $20 when I questioned this I was advised that I could get the Groupon deal next time I'm assuming Groupon won't be happy to hear that this is what your company is doing I'm disgusted that you treated the local in this way you must think I'm stupid to be treated in such a disrespectful matter I feel ripped off and I cannot leave the house with these eyebrows that it terribly done

Very friendly and experienced team. I am very thankful to Amby, who accommodates me every month with not much notice taking into consideration my busy schedule. Also, I would strongly recommend & appreciate Jyoti for her brilliant work and eye to detail. I am very satisfied with the services and never had any issues .....

Friendly staff and very good quality of service. I am totally happy about the eyebrows threading. Great to discover this place.
