Excellent after-sale service. Field manager Tiffany is  so helpful and reliable.  Also, I have been enjoyed seeing my cosmetic nurse Crystal Chen for months now. I would highly recommended her as she is so honest, friendly and professional. She understands what you want and helps you to achieve it through her knowledge and skills. I did the twice PRP facial with Crystal.  She is lovely and very professional cosmetic nurse. I am really happy with the results. My skin now is glowing smooth and decrease with the fine line and wrinkles around the eyes and mouth. I am totally will come back see her again. Many thanks with Crystal.

Came here with a last minute booking based off the good reviews. Had a Brazilian and left with patches. I asked if I was supposed to tweeze to fix it - and she said yes. I understand some hairs may be too short up top area, but when there’s a section of hair at the top/between the “lips” I feel like it’s unacceptable. No point in getting the wax and paying over $60.

First they attended melare , the woman who attended me was running, she did not have all the implements ready.  outside they talked super hard and did not help the process of 45m 1h.  I had a lifting  that costs 119 dollars and the truth is that you don't see anything at all, you see it more when I curl my eyelashes.  I went because I was doing it with girls who were starting to do it and they were divine and I said, if that's the case with a student, I can't imagine with a professional!Service:&nbsp;Lash lift

Service: eye brow shaping — brows were not shaped.  - staff were unable to locate brow scissors for trimming and shaping and therefore the service was not complete. All utensils required for service should have been accounted for prior to staring a service, so customer doesn’t get a partial service.  - I was unable to find another brow salon that would only charge for a brow trim.  - I was very unhappy.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow shaping

I have been attending this business for ten years not steadily. So I was horribly disappointed when I encountered difficulties rebooking a routine appointment. Moreover, I received an obscure call from "the call centre" while at work announcing that "we no longer want a relationship with me". I work as a health practitioner, so I couldn't rationalize from a psychological perspective what this statement meant. Regardless, I'm very disturbed about the recent decline in customer service and general respect of loyal patrons.

I booked a Brazilian wax appointment for 60$. Which I thought was pretty expensive I usually pay 45$. I went anyway because it had to be done. The lady was very professional, but in my opinion lacks attention to detail. After the appointment, I still had spots of hair that was not removed during the waxing. I am very disappointed in the results because I chose this institute based on the good reviews. I basically had to buy drugstore wax to remove spots of hair the employee left untouched. To me that is unacceptable. I will not be going back to this salon again.  Update: Tiffany, the Manager, took a good care of me. She offered me a complete refund, a facial LED treatment which I did not have time to do, unfortunately and a body lotion. Thanks again Tiffany!
